Shipments and Returns

Packages are generally dispatched directly days after receipt of payment (as long as they are in stock) and are shipped via PostNL.  Delivery can take between 2-4 working days. 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns

If you need to return an item please contact us by email. If you receive a damaged item it must be reported and returned within 7 days in the original packing.  A replacement will be provided (as long as it is in stock) and all postage charges will be at our cost.

Customer information:

As a customer you have the right to return your product you bought on-line.
You have a period of 14 days to return your product this period starts after your parcel has been delivered.

Before you return your product you best contact us at  hetty@hettykat.com  before shipping  your returning products.

All returned products  need to be in 100% new condition and unused , all products need to well packed before shipping. In-case of any damage we will not accept the return products.

In case you decide to return a product than all shipping costs are for the customer and need to be shipped with track & trace.
